Restaurants -

There are three restaurants located in the Spain Pavilion. One restaurant will be a table service, another a quick service, and the last one being a counter service. Each location will have unique items, and delightful food that is sure to sattisfy anybody's tastebuds. The table service is known as La Tablas de el Pueblo or The Table of the Village. The quick service is known as Cafe de Espana or The Cafe of Spain. Finally, the counter service is known as The Esquina or The Corner. 

The Esquina

Unlike the rest of the pavilion, The Esquina opens at 11 AM. This counter service will be located in Inditex Bazaar, and will serve street food and snacks commonly found throughout Spain. The kitchen will be shared with Cafe de Espana. This restaurant will be on the Disney Dining Plan, and will cost one snack credit.

Exterior -

The design of the building will be similar to the rest of the buildings in the bazaar. However over the doors there will be an awning the spans the enirety of te front of the building. On the awning the name of the restaurant will be displayed. On the walls on the outside will be a menu posted. Underneath there are some small tables with a couple chairs. A window besides the entrance shows the inside of the restaurant. To the right of the building beneath an arch is a rather small alleyway. Ivy covers most of this side of the building. A singular doorway stands uncovered, and is used as the exit for the restaurant. 

Interior -

Once guests enter The Esquina they are welcomed by the smell of churros being made. Guests are directed into a queue, and as guests wait they can look at various paintings and other decorations on the walls. Above the ordering/pick-up counters are chalkboards with the menu written in English and Spanish. Between each board is a themed screen that shows a picture of an item on the menu. The screen changes pictures often to allow guests to look at the food. At the end of the queue is a counter where guestsorder there food. Guests enter another queue as they go to the pick-up counter. Between the order couner and the pick-up counter will be a display with someone making fresh empanadas. 

At the exit of the restaurant is another counter along with a trashcan. Here guests can get straws, the needed utensils, condiments, and most importantly themed napkins! Causing a change in hor the restaurants are run throughout the resort, Spain will reintroduce themed napkins. The rest of the resort will quickly follow suit.

 

Menu -

Ham and Chese Empanda : Empandas filled with ham and cheese

- Galician Empanda : Empanadas filled with green peppers, onion, and Galacian pork

- Vegetarian Empanda : Empanadas filled with tomatos, basil, and chese

- Tres Croquetas : Croquettes made with béchamel, and filled with either ham or chicken

- Churro : A long thick stick made of fried dough, sprinkled with cinnamon or sugar

Drinks -

- Horchata : A drink made from rice, and sprinkled with cinnamon.

- Spanish Hot Chocolate : A delicious, rich, and creamy drink made from chocolate imported from Spain. Perfect for dipping churros.

- Café Con Leche : strong coffee mixed throughouly mixed with scalded milk. 

- Dasani Bottled Water

- Minute Maid Orange Juice, Apple Juice, or Lemonade

- Standard Coca-Cola Products

Cafe de Espana

Cafe de Espana will open at 9 AM with the rest of the pavillion each day. From 9 AM - 11 AM Breakfast will be served, from 11:30 AM - 3:50 PM Lunch will be served, and from 4 PM to Half a Hour prior to park close dinner will be served. This restaurant will be on the Disney Dining Plan, and will cost one quick service credit, or a snack credit for a side or desert.

Exterior - 

The exterior will be modeled after the buildings seen in the picture below.

Interior -

The interior will be designed to feel very old world. Lanterns hang throughut the restaurant. Hanging from the rafters are more lanterns hanging from rope tied throughout the rafters. On the walls small murals will be painted throughout the restaurant represnted all the various regions of Spain. Potted plants with floers of spain are all around the restaurant. The tables and chairs will be mde out of wood some will seem carved, and identical, but others will be unique from each other. In one part of the restaurant will be various queues so that guests may order and pickup their food. Above the ordering and pickup stations will be the menu for the restaurant. The menu will be on a themed screen that changes throughout the day to reflect what menu is being served. 

Breakfast Menu -

Entrees -

- Churros Basket : Two churros with a honey drizzle served in a basket.

- Tortilla Espanola : A slice of a Spanish Omlette, made with eggs and peices of potato. 

- Spanish Bocadillo : Spanish omelette, bacon, and fresh tomatoe slices served on Spanish bread

- Coca de Crema : A sweet pastry, bread covered in Catalan cream

- Coca de Jardin : A savory pastry, bread covered with tomatoes, goat cheese and basil

- Coca de Pimiento : A savory pastry, bread covered with roasted red pepper

Drinks -

- Spanish Hot Chocolate : A delicious, rich, and creamy drink made from chocolate imported from Spain. Perfect for dipping churros.

- Café Con Leche : strong coffee mixed throughouly mixed with scalded milk. 

- Dasani Bottled Water

- Minute Maid Orange Juice, Apple Juice, or Lemonade

- Standard Coca-Cola Products

Lunch and Dinner Menu -

Entrees -

- Pollo Bocadillo : Grilled chicken, spinach, and mayonaise served on Spanish bread

- Puerco Bocadillo : Pork fillet, and green peppers served on Spanish Bread 

- Coca de Espinacas : A savory pastry, bread covered in a spinach sauce and tomato slices

- Coca de Recapte : A savory pastry, bread covered with baked red peppers and eggplant along with herring

- Coca de Mullador : A savory pastry, bread covered with onions, eggplant, red pepper, garlic, tomatoes, oregano and rosemary

Sides -

- Ham Croquetas : Croquettes made with béchamel, and filled with ham

- Chicken Croquetas : Croquettes made with béchamel, and filled with chicken

- Cod Croquetas : Croquettes made with potato, and filled with cod

Drinks -

Desert -

- Panellets : Two panellets. Balls of potato and cushed almonds covered with sugar and pine nuts

- Tejas : Two tejas. A dumpling like desert containing dulce de leche and dried fruit

La Tables de el Pueblo

Unlike Cafe de Espana, this restaurant will open at 11 AM for Lunch. Lunch and Dinner will share menus, but Lunch will have bigger portions and bigger prices than Dinner. Which is true to the culutre of Spain. This restaurant will be on the Disney Dining Plan, and will cost one table service credit.

 

Exterior -

 

The exterior will be similar to Cafe de Espana's. Given the fact there are directly across each other.

Interior - 

The interior will be themed to a local's house. There will be pictures of vaiours cultural events around the restaurant that the person supposedly went to. Some pictures will be in black and white while others are in color. There will be pictures of bull fights, the Running of the Bulls, and plenty of major holidays and other events. There will be pictures of various sports unique to Spain, and those loved by Spain. There will be pictures of various dances, and people playing music. Occasionally a picture may come alive emitting sound to immerse guests into the atmoshphere. The tables and chairs will be pretty standard tables one may expect to find a vase of carnations on the table along with themed cloth napkins and placemats. The untensials will have different designs to continue with the theming of dining in someones home.

Bread -

- Pa Amb Tomàquet : Toasted bread with a tomato spread on the side, this treat originates in Catalonia

Tapas -

- Bacalao : Salted cod loin, battered, and served with tomato

- Banderillas : Grilled olives, baby onions, baby cucumbers, and red pepper on a stick

- Chopitos : Battered and fried squid

- Papas Arrugadas : This tapa originates from the Canary Islands. Boiled and slightly roasted Canarian wrinkled potatoes, and served with a mojo sace.

- Zamburiñas : This tapa orginates from Galicia. Galician scallops served in a marinera, tomato-based sauce

Salads and Soups -

- Zarangollo Salad : A salad originating from the Murican countryside. It consists of red peppers, eggplant, red tomato, and sweet onions, which are all roasted, peeled, and are seedless. It is seasoned with Spanish olive oil and salt.

- Ensaladilla Rusa : A salad popular throughout Spain, although originating outside the country. It consists of minced boiled potato, minced boiled carrots, tuna, minced boiled eggs, peas, roasted red pepper, green olives, and mayonnaise. 

- Salmorejo : A thick soup served cold that reigns from Andalusia. A soup made puree of tomato, Spanish olive oil, garlic, and a Spanish serrano ham garnish.

- Gazpacho : A cold soup reigning from Andalusia. A soup made of raw tomato, cucumber, pepper, onion, garlic, Spanish olive oil, wine vinegar,  and water with a sprinkle of salt

- Sopa de Gato : A thick soup served hot reigning from Cádiz. A soup made of bread, garlic, Spanish olive oil, and water with a sprinkle of salt.

Entrees -

- Valencian Paella : Originating from Valencia, Bomba rice with chicken, rabbit, tomato, butter beans, green beans, paprika, and Spanish saffron

- Seafood Paella : Originating from Valencia, Bomba rice with shrimp, lobster, onion, tomato, green beans, Spanish saffron, parsley,  paprika, and Cayenne pepper

- Mixed Paella : Originating from Valencia,  Bomba rice with chicken, shrimp, tomato, onion, green beans, parsley, paprika, and Spanish saffron

- Arròs Negre : Originating from either Vallencia or Catelonia, this dish is made up of rice, crab and squid. With garlic, green cubanelle peppers, sweet paprika, olive oil, and a squid ink sauce. 

- Ropa Vieja : with origins reported througout the colonies of Spain, some say it came from Cuba. It is shredded beef, with tomatoes, green peppers, and onions. With a side of white rice, black beans, and tostones

- Arroz a la Cubana : with origins reported througout the colonies of Spain, some say it came from the Canary Islands. It is made up of white rice, with a fried egg, a fried banana, and a tomato sauce

Deserts -

- Crema Catalana : Originating in the region of Catalonia, this is a dessert consisting of a rich custard base topped with a layer of hard caramel, and a dash of cinnamon 

- Tarta de Santiago : Originating in the region of Galicia, this is an almond cake fillied with ground almonds, eggs and sugar. Covered with powdered sugar

- Flan : A rich custard dessert with a layer of soft caramel on top

- Bienmesabe de Coco : Originating in the Canary Islands, this dessert is a cake with a coconut cream filling, and a merenigue topping, with a drizzle of caramel and a garnish of shrdded roasted coconut

Nonalcholic Drinks -

- Horchata : A drink made from rice, and sprinkled with cinnamon.

- Spanish Hot Chocolate : A delicious, rich, and creamy drink made from chocolate imported from Spain. Perfect for dipping churros.

- Virgin Sangria : A nonalcholic version of Sangria, wine grapes, carbonated water, essence of lemon, and cane sugar

- Café Con Leche : strong coffee mixed throughouly mixed with scalded milk. 

- Sweet or Unsweet Iced Tea

- Traditional Lemonade

- Standard Coca-Cola Products

- Water

Alcholic Drinks -

- Sangria : Red Wine mixed with orange juice, lemonade and a sliced apple

- Sangria Blanca : White Wine mixed with orange juice, pink lemonade and a sliced pear

- Sidra : Originating in Asturias, this drink is an alcoholic beverage made from apples

- Txakoli : Originating in Basque, this drink is a fruity and dry white wine

- Patxaran : Originating in Navarre, this drink is a sloe-flavoured liqueur

- Kalimotxo Classic : Originating in Basque, this drink consisting of a mix of red wine, and Coca Cola

- Kalimotxo Diet : Originating in Basque, this drink consisting of a mix of red wine, and Diet Coca Cola

- Kalimotxo Zero : Originating in Basque, this drink consisting of a mix of red wine, and Coca Cola Zero
