Epcot is famous for its cultural shows from Off Kitler to even a show based off the Monkey King, Epcot has seen it all. These three new entertainment offerings are sure to delight guests, and be welcomed by many that love Epcot.
Famalia de Jota -
Located infront of Cafe de Espana there is a stage. Perfoming multiple times throughout the day is Famalia de Jota. This show is an energetic dance perfomance incorporating live music and multiple dancers. The Jota is a dance originating in Aragon, Spain. However each region of Spain's jota has a unique flair it, and as such three dances will be performed from three different regions. Those regions will be Aragon, Castila - La Mancha, and Catalonia. Below is just a snip of what to expect from this show.
Casa de Flamenco -
Located within Inditex Bazaar, and to the left of Stradivarius is the second albeit much smaller stage for Casa de Flamenco. This show is the complete opposite of Famalia de Jota. With a much smaller stage the focus will be shifted from the dance to the beauty of the music of Flamenco. Flamenco is a dance originating in Andalusia. There will be a pair of dancers, and a singer/guitarast for the show. Also unlike Famalia de Jota there will be four different dances of Flamenco. Below is just a snip of what to expect from this show.
Meet Don Quixote and Sancho Panza -
Located within a windmill is the final peice of entertainment. Guests can meet two icons of Spanish Literature, Don Quixote and Sancho Panso who both originated in what some consider the first modern novel, The Ingenious Gentleman Don Quixote of La Mancha. However too make it aligned with the ride guests will be meeting a young Don Quixote and Sancho Panza.
